The right age to begin learning a second language is no specific age. But if we ask in what stage can a person begin learning another language , it would be the earliest possible. It has been proven that the younger the person is the more effective language learning can turn to be. Of course we must add to the age factor others that have a great impact and influence on earning. These are nature (innate qualities) and environmental factors (personal experiences).
